FIND YOUR MUSIC (FYM) BETA TESTING USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: May 1st, 2024

1. Introduction

Welcome to Find Your Music (FYM). This Beta Testing User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the FYM Beta Testing Program ("Beta Program") and outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the FYM software and services ("FYM Services"). By participating in the Beta Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the FYM Services.

2. Beta Testing Terms

2.1 Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the FYM Services solely for the purpose of testing and evaluating the software during the Beta Program.

2.2 Confidentiality: You agree that the FYM Services, including any features, designs, algorithms, and documentation, are proprietary and confidential. You shall not disclose, share, or make available any part of the FYM Services to any third party without our express written consent.

2.3 Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the FYM Services ("Feedback") shall become our exclusive property. We may use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the FYM Services, including but not limited to software code, designs, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms, are owned by Inspiration Laboratories LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the FYM Services.

3.2 Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the FYM Services. You shall not copy, modify, create derivative works of, or distribute any part of the FYM Services.

3.3 Non-Competition: During the term of the Beta Program and for a period of [1 year] thereafter, you agree not to develop, promote, or distribute any product or service that competes with the FYM Services.

4. Data Collection and Use

4.1 User Data: The FYM Services collect survey data from you, as well as from your friends, family members, and co-workers ("Participants"). By providing this data, you represent that you have obtained the necessary consents from all Participants.

4.2 Data Use: We will use the data collected to generate insights and recommendations unique to you ("User Insights"). The data and User Insights may also be used for research and development purposes to improve the FYM Services.
